Refund & Returns Policy

Preorders
- You may cancel a preorder for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the order has not entered production or fulfillment.
- After 14 days, cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover processing and production costs.
- Preorders that have shipped are covered under the “Returns” section below.
Returns
We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened card packs, decks, or miniatures
- Digital downloads or content codes
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact orders@astralcommand.games within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If your order had free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
